Before reporting an issue, please ensure you are familiar with what your estate rent charge covers by referring to the features section of this website. Our team are regularly asked to assist with matters that are not covered by Wynyard Estate Services. Our team can assist customers by directing them to the appropriate body responsible. We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within seven working days of receipt, if more time is required to respond you will be notified within this period. All enquiries are tracked using a ticketing system and you will be notified once your matter has been dealt with and closed.
You can also report an issue here via Fix My Street which is a map based website and app that helps people in the United Kingdom inform their local authority of problems needing their attention, such as potholes, broken streetlamps, etc. FixMyStreet.
The Wynyard Estates team are instructed not to deal with abusive or intimidating communications from a resident or their representatives.
